General Policies

1.    Most of our items have limited stock as we prioritize in bringing variety of designs and styles than quantity.

2.     First come first serve basis. No reservations allowed. Priority will be given to the buyer who can make the earliest payment.

3.      SERIOUS BUYER only. We strictly blacklist back out buyers and fake customers.

4.   Goods sold are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeable unless due to defect. (Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy).

5.      All product prices posted are finalized and strictly NON-NEGOTIABLE.          

6.      We are not responsible for any damage or lost items during delivery.                

Images

1.      All images are “100% Actual Photoshot” and are copyrighted by Duchess Parlour unless otherwise stated.

2.      Products’ colour variation is due to lightning, camera auto-flash and computer monitor setting. Nevertheless we try our best to provide images as closest to our actual products as possible.       

Returns & Exchanges

1.      In the unlikely event of defect (as we practice inspection of our goods upon delivery), returns are accepted with refund.  

2.      Defect items include of non washable stains, unrepairable hole and torn only.

3.      No exchange or refund will be entertained after 2 days buyer received the item. We advise customer to inform us through email once any defect is discovered upon receival of good.
